Most of this site is "assembled" using the Website Meta Language in something which should be valid Strict XHTML 1.1 with a valid CSS. The CSS is a modified version of the one which is used on esr's website (he himself tooks it from somewhere else...).
The research page uses a modified version of the bibstyle wml module made by Arnaud Legrand and Martin Quinson.
As the design of this page is compliant with the web standards, it should be correctly viewable with any browser, but, as I don't use windows, I can't test the design with MS Internet Explorer. Anyway, as there is many unpatched security flaws in Internet Explorer, if you are using it you may consider switching to a safer alternative, like Firefox.
